CONCEPT & DIRECTION
Whether you are a new brand or an established brand, effective story telling is always a key factor that creates consumer desire for your products. Remember, clothes cannot sell itself!
In this process I will be creating mood boards, color stories, fabric stories, trim ideas, branding ideas and many more, that helps convey the overall vibe that you want your brand to share to your target consumers.
DESIGN
In this process, we will collaborate on the range plan. The range plan determines how many styles/colorways a collection will have. Once that is established I will proceed into sketching out your amazing ideas, and provide a few more options for you as well! :)
Range Plan Sample:
6 styles = 1 sports bra (3 colors), 1 sports leggings (3 colors), 1 t-shirt (3 colors), 1 crewneck sweatshirt(2 colors), 1 windbreaker jacket(2 colors), 1 woven pants(2 colors)
TECHNICAL
Once all of the technical sketches are approved we will proceed into the creation of techpacks.
The techpack is all the information a manufacturer needs to create your product. It can be extremely detailed or quite simple depending on the style.
Each techpack consists of color sketches, black and white sketches with design specifications, Bill of Materials (BOM), size specifications, and Point of Measure (POM) to show factories how to measure the garment.
DEVELOPMENT
Now we have everything we need to create your amazing products! However, the manufacturing process is a crucial part of the outcome of your product.
I can make sure your product is how you envisioned it to be by finding the right factory, sourcing materials, overseeing costing, handling fittings, and communicating revisions to factories.
Services will be tailored to fit the unique needs of each client.
3D SAMPLING
Through 3D sampling, clients are able to see what their product will look like.
A 3D sampling process, will help detect errors and potential problems before proceeding into the sampling process. Ultimately reducing cost as we are able to solve the potential problems before hand.
